• More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund
• After program begins: No refund for unused sessions

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule to a different program intake, contact us at least 14 days before the start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be offered once without penalty.

Code of Conduct

Participants in our programs are expected to:

• Treat instructors and other students with respect
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Disclose dietary restrictions and allergies in advance

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without refund.

Health and Safety

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

• Cooking involves inherent risks including heat, sharp objects, and allergens
