Which program should I choose?
If you're uncertain, start with Kitchen Foundations. It builds the core skills that everything else depends on. If you've been cooking for years and feel comfortable with basics, consider Technique Intensive. Email us if you're still unsure.
What if I need to miss a session?
We record key demonstrations and can provide makeup materials. For one-on-one coaching, we'll reschedule. Group programs have some flexibility but work best with consistent attendance.
Do I need to bring anything?
We provide all ingredients, equipment, and materials during sessions. Just bring yourself and something to take notes if that helps you learn. We'll send a detailed welcome email before your first session.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
Yes. Let us know about allergies, dietary preferences, or restrictions when you enroll. We adapt techniques to work with the ingredients you actually cook with.
Is parking available?
Limited street parking is available nearby. We're also a 7-minute walk from Central Station and accessible by multiple bus routes. Detailed directions are sent with your enrollment confirmation.
